1、Check carefully whether the use is in line with the performance specification of signal butterfly valve.

2、Clean the inner cavity and sealing surface, do not allow dirt to adhere, do not open and close the butterfly plate before cleaning.

3、Check whether the transmission device is reliably connected with the flange on the signal butterfly valve.

4、After the signal butterfly valve is installed, it should be inspected regularly, and the main items of its inspection are as follows.

5、Whether the signal butterfly valve seat and O-ring seal are damaged.

6、The sealing performance of the sealing surface of the valve plate.

7、After the signal butterfly valve is overhauled and assembled, there shall be no jamming phenomenon when opening and closing the rotation.

8、After the signal butterfly valve is overhauled and assembled, the sealing performance test should be conducted as required.

9、After each overhaul, the situation should be recorded in detail for examination.

10、Signal butterfly valve should be stored in a dry place indoors before installation, and the valve plate should be slightly open 4°～5°.

11、Signal butterfly valve can be installed on the pipeline at any position in space.

12、The installation position of the signal butterfly valve should ensure the convenience of use, maintenance and replacement.

13、The signal butterfly valve can be installed without considering the direction of pipeline medium flow, that is, two-way flow is allowed.

Installation steps of signal butterfly valve

1、The installation of the exhaust valve should be carried out after the system network pressure test and flushing is qualified, and the exhaust valve should be installed at the top of the water distribution main and the end of the water distribution pipe, and should ensure that there is no leakage.

2. The water flow direction of the pressure reducing valve should be consistent with the water flow direction of the water supply network, a filter should be installed on the inlet side, and the control valve should be installed before and after it; the adjustable pressure reducing valve should be installed horizontally, and the valve cover should be up; the proportional pressure reducing valve should be installed vertically: when installed horizontally, the orifice of the single-breathing orifice pressure reducing valve should be down, and the orifice of the double-breathing pressure reducing valve should be in a horizontal position.

3. When installing other control valves, a certain distance should be maintained to facilitate maintenance and management, and when installing multifunctional water pump control valves without pressure gauge, a pressure gauge should be installed in the adjacent parts before and after it; a filter should be installed in front of the inlet of the backflow preventer or a backflow preventer with filter should be used, and a gate valve should be installed at each end of the backflow preventer, and at least one end should be installed with a flexible joint;
